I spend about an hour a day, in the daylight, walking the trail.  I sometimes walk it at night, but that occurs mostly in the winter. I realized that during the day I had taken for granted the space between the trail and houses and other objects. This is an investigation of realizing what occupies those spaces all the time.  The images are shot at night to make me appreciate what I see in the daytime.

All people congregate in the hills north of montpelier in plainfield to listen to music, meet new people, and share a similar experience, yet so different. This is an account of one afternoon and evening in the great state of vermont.
